ReplyWe might have to consider the possibility that Conan was referring to something entirely different when talking about frequent organ failure. That would not pose too much of a problem in Antarctica. For the rest, I only know about Concordia, they do have a medical present, but I think it’s just one person. McMurdo practically being a small town, I’m sure they have someone, too. It’s just not possible to have a state of the art clinic there, so reducing the possibility of illness is common sense.
ReplyI’d absolutely *love* to spend a winter there. Just not sharing my room. *That* would drive me insane, but it’d do that anywhere.
