Hell no. The constitutional conventions open up the public to be completely screwed by politicians. Talk to Connecticut teachers and other union workers about how that constitutional convention worked out for them. I’m all for Biden but this is just wrong.

History is going to look back at this era and wonder how someone so dumb could achieve such a high office and destroy 200+ years of democracy with only half a brain.

Sept.2017, a friend helped me set up a YouTube channel. It would a few more months, until I figured out how the comment section “worked”. Soon after I had a weird dream: I was in a huge bar/club.There were wall to wall people yelling at each other. At some point I realized they were all YouTube commenters/ replyers. It was scary.

Our constitution is in need of a major overhaul, an amendment here and an amendment there is no longer cutting it. This thing was written over 200 years ago and needs a major update for the 21st century. There is nothing holy or magic about it.

So long that the unedited minutes of those conversations were published for the public to view and comment on, an every two year constitutional convention is an excellent idea providing it produced affective change for democracy and liberty. Of course it would require a vote on any legislation.
