I never really care for coming segments, but loved this piece. The chemistry between Seth and Masa is great, it’s funny seeing Seth dying to try the tuna.

I saw Chef on Anthony Bourdain and fell in love with him. If you liked this clip, find that episode. It’s incredible.

man, this should be a recurring segment.

subtle shade, amazing food, an incredible chef with no bs that’s a little aloof and an overtly eager seth.

    get this dude back.

This was way better than Jerry seinfields wife and those other chefs. They were all boring.

I ate a dill pickle in one of my California Maki last night; it was the best one on the platter.
