ReplyTrump couldn’t pardon the Jan 6 trespassing protestors (not terrorists or insurrectionists) because on Jan 21 he left office and the charges had not been filed until Biden took office. An investigation was needed to hunt down the evil protestors and put them in jail for daring to voice and protest. Really, a real estate agent?
