“Dr. King’s policy was that nonviolence would achieve the gains for black people in the United States. His major assumption was that if you are nonviolent, if you suffer, your opponent will see your suffering and will be moved to change his heart. That’s very good. He only made one fallacious assumption: In order for nonviolence to work, your opponent must have a conscience…”

“Every Nazi who remains alive will kill women, children and old folks. Dead Nazis are harmless. Therefore, if I kill a Nazi, I am saving lives.

My reaction to seeing it was a song was the most hopeful one I’d ever experienced. She’s never let me down and even at my lowest expectation (song and dance form) she killed it!! Amber you are absolutely amazing! Our whole family loves you! Keep up the incredible work!!!

You could have your adrenal gland go off for 40 years straight even if your a privileged white kid. Some of us are horrified by idiots also known as bigots occasionally. Lots of things to get crazy angry about every day Amber.

Even when my president Obama was in office, he was on a short leash and wasn’t “allowed” to address anything race related! Now we have Trump in a last ditch effort from White people who somehow believe their “culture” is being erased. What culture is that exactly anyway? I wish Dr. King was still alive today.

So, I’m a White Male. One night, Pacifica Radio was playing a 3 hour special on Malcolm X, including many of his speeches. I wish we celebrated him as well.

Remember when the FBI sent him a letter, trying to convince him to commit suicide? Well, today they tweeted a nice little ‘Happy MLK Day’ message, so… everything’s fine now. It’s all fine.
