    yeah where I’m from v day is “love & friendship day” so if you don’t have a ton of money to waste on gifts you better hide that day, and maybe the weeks before and after too.

    TBH I’m glad Adam Scott mentioned that there are those guys who take it too seriously too. I never cared about V-day, even when I was in a relationship, but years ago I was dating my now ex (a guy) who was *infuriated* when he found out I didn’t take off of work on Valentine’s Day so we could spend it together. Had me call out and didn’t talk to me for the rest of the night. So yeah . . . some guys are way too into it as well.
