Sam heads to Yellowstone to talk with a legal expert who may have found a loophole, a literal plan B, that would allow doctors to distribute abortion medication on federal enclaves.

This is an awesome loophole. Maybe it could be practical with a motorhome? Should have enough space for a proper setup. (might need some modification for things like ADA compliance though)

Would Indian reservations be allowed to open clinics if they wanted to? Like how they all started opening casinos a few decades ago.

“The unborn” are a convenient group of people to advocate for. They never make demands of you; they are morally uncomplicated, unlike orphans, they don’t need money, education, or childcare; they allow you to feel good about yourself without any work at creating or maintaining relationships; and when they are born, you can forget about them, because they cease to be unborn. It’s almost as if, by being born, they have died to you. You can love the unborn and advocate for them without substantially challenging your own wealth, power, or privilege, without re-imagining social structures, apologizing, or making reparations to anyone. They are, in short, the perfect people to love if you want to claim you love Jesus but actually dislike people who breathe

Yes to all of them. Abortion casinos, barges, hot air balloons, airplanes, abortion robots – whatever it takes!

obviously you can’t count on Biden for anything upholding Women’s issues. He’s catholic for crying out loud! He couldn’t care less. The only reason any democrat or liberal or libertarian voted for him, was not so much FOR him. We were so desperate, we would have chosen anything so much as resembling a subway sandwich that wasn’t Trump!!!

The most FECKLESS, gateway-out, president in history! He pats himself on the back for such historical voter turn out for him, when in fact we just wanted the other guy out !!

Hospitals use giant stationary robots that dispense medications. I’m an RN. The Pyxis or other devices have unique passcodes for each provider and patient profiles that are individualized so the Despenser the right meds for the right patient when the nurse needs them .

I wonder if they could be utilized and programed remotely by a participating pharmacist.

the problem with that idea, after Joe leaves office. A republican president can just overturn executive order. It’s just a bandaide to the solution.

“Enclave” and “the US government” together are always going to trigger those Fallout neurons for me and make me think about bad dudes in power armor.

This is a good loophole. But Sam you must call out the Democrats. They controlled both chambers of Congress and the Presidency at the start of Carter’s, Clinton’s, Obama’s, and now Biden’s Presidencies. They’ve had plenty of time to pass a law to codify Roe vs Wade. What gives?!

i’m picturing a medium sized drone with a tablet interface and secured dispenser, controlled via satellite and/or wifi as convenience dictate. able to go anywhere, perhaps being “hijacked” to deliver even where it’s not allowed.

If America is a democracy, and 60% of Americans support abortion rights, then why isn’t that the law already? What am I missing?
