ReplyBut… the vaccine doesn’t stop you from spreading the disease it just “protects” you from developing the disease only when you are facing the right covid variant. So i think it’s safe to say at this stage that getting the vaccine is not the end of the issue. And you need to keep on wearing mask etc… Just as anyone else who is not vaccinated.

ReplyI’ve had 2 people get upset when I continued wearing a mask and social distancing from them, even though they had been vaccinated. Also, they weren’t wearing a mask, and I told them I haven’t yet, PLUS, I use a mobility device, they don’t know why, but they can SEE I’m disabled, I could be immuno-compromised as far as they know. And I’m in the greater SF Bay area, one of the most left leaning parts of the country.

That vaccine isn’t effective against mutations, yet people who are fully vaxed are returning to life as usual, so there’s a reasonable chance they’re gonna catch covid2 eventually. And are we really gonna ignore the fact the the FDA that approved this vaccine is the same FDA that approved all the drugs you see class action lawsuits for? I mean, look at Zantac. They approved it in 1983, yet here 40 years later, the rest of the world figured out that was linked to 15 different types of cancer. And don’t even get me started on the rest of the drug lawsuits you constantly see commercials for. They were all FDA approved. Fact of the matter is, the FDA approval doesn’t mean anything, and time will reveal it.

ReplyOr in short about two weeks after the second shot you should be immune.
Thus it’ll still be months before everything goes back to normal.
