That makes sense that Lindsay Graham has no idea how the US Senate actually works. He doesn’t seem to understand how the presidential election works so anything below that has almost certainly escaped his attention as well. He’s only been in the senate for 19 years. That’s hardly enough time to learn the basics of your job. He’s too busy avoiding it because he’s a total dickhead.
