Trevor is 100% correct Black Americans who are descendants of the people who were enslaved in the U.S. should receive a stipend monthly regardless of how well they are doing or how poorly their circumstances are! And it should be handed down to future generations! That’s besides any guaranteed income that might be created!

ReplyThe Evanston thing is in response to banks and real estate “redlining” black people into less than ideal neighborhoods (aka, away from the white bankers and real estate people) over a 50 year period, so somehow that translated into money for mortgage assistance.
