Is the audience from the rehearsal the same as the actual taping? Only asking because they seemed surprised on the actual show lol

I know Fallon interviewed Timberlake as Matt Damon but what would have been equally as funny is if Damon had been scheduled on the Tonight Show and Kimmel ended up bumping him because they ran out of time.
It’s so weird because Jimmy is LA stereotype, happy and positive, whilst Kimmel is NY stereotype, pessimist and opinionated
After years of rivalries and venom shooting back and forth between late night hosts it’s so lovely to see something like this.
